Recognise that the associations we have with foods can have powerful implications.

If you have a craving, or an addiction or a “bad food habit” consider for a second that you may have positive associations or “anchors” to that food that make it attractive.  Often it can be more about the associations than the actual food.

Imagine, what is it about if it’s not about the coffee, or the chocolate, or the … (fill in the blank with something that seems to have power over you)?
