Here are 5 quick healthy breakfast ideas:

  1. Muesli (Nutty but without dried fruit), Blueberries and Greek Yoghurt
  2. Cooked Oats with Butter and Blueberries or a Teaspoon of Maple Syrup and a Sprinkle of Ground Cinnamon
  3. Avocado on Rye Toast
  4. Mushrooms and Truffle oil on Sourdough Toast
  5. Poached Eggs on Sourdough Rye Toast

This is a short video of myself and my daughter preparing our pretty much standard breakfast together. Little munchkin got a bit shy 🙂
