How is this program different from other programs?

It looks at what is driving behaviour before it tries to change behaviour. Traditional weight loss approaches focus on energy balance as a form of weight control. Basically: Eat less and Move More.

Size Fantastic takes it a step further. We look at what is influencing the individual. It sounds simple but it’s powerful.

Course Breakdown: THE FULL MONTY

Phase 1 and 2:

1 hour Personal Connection and Welcome Call with Lisa: This is where you introduce yourself and “your life” to Lisa and you get to ask each other a few questions so that you both get crystal clear on your needs and Lisa’s role moving forward, which means we start the program on the same page and set ourselves up for some great results.

2 Day Ignition Workshop: A truly powerful “Two-day Intensive” that is the spring board for the rest of the program. People call this workshop on it’s own “life changing” in terms of the insights and skills you will take away with you.

1 Personal Transformation Toolkit
Includes:

  • 1 x Nourish, Move, Become Transformation Guide: Includes full meal plan and eating guidelines so you know how to construct a healthy, tasty, balanced and fulling meal designed by nutritionist; a full exercise plan that you can adapt to your level of fitness and preferred exercise style designed by an exercise physiologist; and important emotional and mindset tips and tools to help you break old patterns and beat self sabotage.
  • 1 x Lisa’s Delicious Nutritious Recipe Book and Meal Ideas. (Great quick healthy, cost effective everyday recipes the whole family will love)
  • 1 x Size Fantastic Personal Workbook

Either way Lisa will be here to take the next step with you.

1 Day Fusion Workshop: This workshop is focused on practical and everyday nutrition. We explore in depth “the truth about food” and how you can use food to nourish yourself, keep the weight off, your energy levels up, your mental clarity tip top and basically upgrade the quality of your life. We also help bust through layers of confusion, myths, overwhelm and burning questions to help you get the clarity and confidence you need to function in our modern environment.

Size Fantastic Big Celebration Event: Includes an afternoon Cooking Banquet in Lisa’s Gourmet Kitchen where you learn some of Lisa’s secret strategies to making scrumptious healthy food that you and others will LOVE to eat, and won’t have to apologise or feel guilty about it!
